Customs penalties, charges, delay or other expenses incurred as a result of an action by customs will be charged to the consignee along with any applicable duty or tax, La Verdure Biotech will not have or accept any liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage. Any purchase made by using the online shopping services on this site is subject to and governed by the La Verdure Biotech Terms and Conditions. The purchased products shall be accepted by the customer entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

Related shipping costs will be charged according the delivery regions, please ask us before place your order.
When would the products be shipped out?
Products will be ship out on every Tuesday and Friday after received payment, except public holiday. The product reaching day on customer’s hand will depend on delivery service provider.

Returns and Refund

We do not accept refund for the products, but we are happy to provide exchange if the product is damaged. We try very best packaging all items to reduce the occurrence of damage, occasionally accidents happen during shipment. If your order arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order under the 3  Days Returns Policy. We are to address this problem immediately. Please email to MAX@marketinggenius.asia right away, or contact us via Facebook messenger or WhatsApp to +60108995296 and include the following information:
– Your order number.
– The details of the damaged/defective product received.
– Attach electronic images of damaged/defective products.
We will respond to your message as quickly as we can. In the meantime, please DO NOT throw away your damaged/defective items or send them back without our approval. We will ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us after exchange request is approved (at our expense). Thank you.
The returns products are excluded :
– Any product returned more than 3 days after receipt date
– Opened, damaged, used, incompleted (except after spoilage discovered/ broken package)
– No longer in its original salable condition
– Any products that are not purchased from La Verdure Biotech

Should the items be satisfied all above conditions, please contact us and we will follow up and process your requirement immediately.

La Verdure Biotech will process your returns within 10 working days after receiving the returned parcel.  You are responsible to take good care of the items before you return them to us. Return shipping fees will be customer’s responsibility and only tracking number enable delivery service will be allowed. After receive the return parcel, we will deliver new product as per previous purchased record with our own cost.

In case of dispute, La Verdure Biotech decision shall be final and conclusive. Final sale items are identified as such on their product information pages. When you receive your order, please check to make sure they in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and contact us right away if there is a problem with your shipment.
